We are coming together here to build a welcoming community of people who have survived abuse and need to tell their story and want to relate to others to help each other heal from trauma.

So many of us internalize the pain of our trauma and suffer the toxic consequences in silence.
It is an ongoing process to overcome the pain of our terrible experiences, and here is a safe space where we can openly share our truth and ease some burden of feeling alone in our struggles.

This is all a work in progress, as is the healing process, and we encourage you to include yourself in our sharing space, to read some of the stories, relate, feel you’re not alone, be connected, offer advice, ask questions, feel safe unburdening yourself from your secrets, lighten your load, unpack your baggage, kick the skeletons out of your inner closet, and find inner peace by releasing your pain.

Casey's a girl from Las Vegas who wrote her traumatic story, A Girl from Vegas, and realized how important it is to let it out, to heal. And now wants to help bring other abuse survivors together to relate and speak out against abuse.

We shouldn't have to be silent and endure the trauma of being abused alone, but we do. We don't want to be humiliated any further and try to just move on. The pain we store down deep is poisoning us and the longer we stay quiet, the more power it has over us.

Set your shame free and reclaim your power.
